Transit Rules and Fulfillment rules allow for the ability to customize predictions based on different factors that could impact delivery timelines.

Fulfillment rules will impact predictions based on the date the order is being placed.

If an order is placed during a fulfillment stoppage, the prediction will start at the end of the "days impacted" window.

Stoppage rules can be applied to recurring days of the week, if for example fulfillment is always shut down on Sundays.

If an order is placed during a fulfillment slowdown, an additional # of days of "padding" will be added into the prediction.

Transit rules indicate dates that shipments won't be moving, helpful for ensuring predictions don't include holidays or days of the week that carriers do not deliver are not included in predictions.

A recurring transit rule can be applied to specific days of the week using the calendar.
