Wonderment gives you a clear view of how your orders move from purchase to delivery, how your warehouse is performing, and how your customer-facing messages and tracking pages drive revenue. This guide walks through each major report at a high level so you know what’s available and where to find it.
Delivery Performance Reporting
Delivery Performance shows how long it takes for packages to reach customers.
You can measure two main timelines:
1. Order Date → Delivery
How long it takes from the moment the customer places an order until the package is delivered.
2. First Carrier Scan → Delivery
How long it takes once the carrier first acknowledges the package.
Key features:
Filter by carrier, service level, origin, destination, destination country, or order date.
Group by fields like carrier, service level, location, or day/week/month to spot patterns.
Export full, package-level data for deeper review in your spreadsheet tool.
Useful for identifying slow lanes, carrier issues, or regional trends.
Fulfillment Cycle Reporting
Fulfillment Cycle Reporting focuses on your warehouse performance.
What it measures:
Order Date → Fulfillment Created
This shows how long it takes your team to pick, pack, and hand off orders to the carrier.
Key features:
Same filters and grouping options as Delivery Performance.
Break results down by warehouse or location.
Export full detail to investigate specific orders or time periods.
Helps you uncover bottlenecks inside your warehouse operation.
Insights Reporting
Insights contains additional pre-built reports and options for custom reporting.
What’s included:
A set of specialized reports that go beyond the standard delivery and fulfillment metrics.
The ability to add custom reporting built for your specific questions or workflows.

Tracking Page Revenue Reporting
This report shows how much revenue your tracking page generates.
Key features:
See page visits, orders, and revenue attributed back to your tracking page.
Review performance across different time windows.
Drill into any attributed order to see why it was counted and what event drove the conversion.
Helps you measure the value of your branded tracking experience.
Klaviyo Transactional Revenue Reporting
For Klaviyo users, Wonderment provides a high-level view of your flow performance.
What you can see:
Summary data for your Klaviyo transactional flows, displayed directly inside Wonderment.
Time-based filters to review performance over different periods.
Data that mirrors Klaviyo’s Flow Performance Report for fast cross-checks.
This gives you a quick and centralized way to monitor how your transactional messaging contributes to revenue.
Download Center
The Download Center holds all your larger or recently requested reports.
Key features:
Access and download recently generated reports.
Review report status (for example, if a large export is still processing).
Easily find and re-download past exports without re-running them.
Scheduled Reports
If you use scheduled reports from the Shipments Dashboard, you can manage them here.
What you can do:
View all active scheduled reports.
Cancel, pause, or audit them.
Check how often they run and whether they’ve completed successfully.
This helps keep automated reporting clean, organized, and easy to maintain.
