Step 3: Launching Track

Once your emails and SMS messages are drafted, styled, and ready to go, here are the steps to go live with Track:

Mark flows as transactional

  1. Go into each flow and select the email you'd like to mark as transactional.

  2. Scroll down until you reach the "Transactional" section of the Email Details.

  3. Click "Apply for Transactional Status"

Emails to mark as transactional:

  • 01 | Track | Shipping | Shipment Created

  • 02 | Track | Shipping | Shipment Picked Up

  • 03 | Track | Shipping | Out for Delivery

  • 04 | Track | Shipping | Delivered

  • 05 | Track | Shipping | Stalled Shipment

  • 06 | Track | Attempted Delivery


Hide Popups from the Tracking Page

Go to show/hide behavior, exclude on 'pages/tracking'


Launch

There are two ways to launch Track for your Shopify Store -- utilizing your existing Shopify emails or leveraging Klaviyo's robust email builder and deep analytics.
